Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room we had in the west tower was not as nice as we had hoped, but the corner room in the west tower had the best views. Unfortunately, the train yard view was a downside, especially during the night. The location was convenient for our needs, away from downtown congestion and close to the airport, despite some renovations going on.
The hotel was conveniently located and close to my destination. The rooms were not as expected, outdated and not well-maintained, but the price was affordable. The service was hit or miss, with more cheerful and helpful staff during off-peak times. The location was decent, quiet until later in the day, with pet-friendly amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good value but lacking in food quality. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
